Let Food be Your Medicine:  Approaching Health & Wellness from the Inside Out 
I believe that vibrant health comes from the inside out – especially for women.  It’s never about losing those last 10 pounds or botoxing those smile lines.  It’s about honoring our souls and loving who we are on the inside that leads us to care for ourselves through making healthy choices in our nutrition, physical activity, relationships, and careers. Or, maybe when we eat good, clean food and exercise right for our bodies, we begin to honor our souls and love who we are. Either way, it's an inside job; no one else can or will do it for us.

But talk about information overload! It’s impossible to live on this planet and not be overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information - even scientific information - about nutrition, diet, and exercise. How do you untangle it all and decide what works for you? That’s where I come in. 

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Certified Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals through a carefully planned, but very dynamic process. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and deprivation.

No one diet works for everyone. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals. 

Also, as a Yoga teacher certified through the Yoga Alliance, I can introduce you to, or help you deepen your commitment to, practices such as pranayama, meditation, and asana, which integrate mind, body, and soul.
